WHAT TO EXPECT

All appointments are private, and you’ll have our entire Adelaide Street office to yourself. Protecting your quality of life, for the rest of your life, is the kind of decision that deserves an intentional conversation with a specialist who is giving you their undivided attention.

Here’s a step-by-step look at what to expect when you choose to work with us:

Our relationship with every new client begins with a consultation to discuss your insurance needs. We will ask fact-finding questions to help us determine the best options for you and your family. We will also complete a needs analysis to establish the amount of capital you would require a policy to have for you to feel comfortable today, and in the future.

We will peruse the market for the best products with the best prices that meet your needs.

At this second meeting, we will present our top two policy choices and give you the opportunity to learn about what these options have to offer. If neither of these options seem like the right choice to you, we will continue with our initial consultation discussion to ensure we fully understand your insurance needs.

Once you’ve chosen your preferred policy, we will then walk you through the application process. You will likely be required to include your salary details and any outstanding debts, as well as your medical history.

After we’ve completed the policy application together, it will be sent to the insurance carrier – and now the insurance companies work their magic. It can take anywhere from one week to two months for the policy to be finalized.

Once we’ve received your finalized policy, we will personally deliver it to you. Any questions or concerns you have can be addressed at this time. Once the policy has been delivered to you, it is officially enacted.

There is a 10 day free look period once the policy is delivered. During this time you can decide if this policy is really for you and if you would like to keep it. Once this 10 days has passed, your policy is officially enacted.

Our conversation and relationship doesn’t end once you’ve received your policy. We’re always happy to meet and discuss your policy, any changes or additions you may want to make, or any additional products you might be interested in.
